The Perry Bible Fellowship. Top-notch comics! It's going into the linkroll.
An index of brazilian sixties pop. As Ed says, brazuca music from back when 99.9999% of it wasn't utter, utter shit. Hell, I'd prefer to listen to pigs snoring than to brazilian music. At work, I have two colleagues who went to Brazil in some student exchange program, and it destroyed their brains because all they hear is crap music, and much of it brazilian. I was new at the office when I first started to hear the brazuca CDs Sofia would put on. I didn't want to create a bad atmosphere by complaining about the music, so I kept an open mind and tried to like it, but it was impossible. It was just so bloody bad. I recorded a whole stack of my own music onto some audio CDs to have some alternative to the shit I was being exposed to, but then a new colleague showed up with even worse musical taste and him and the other brazuca fan started to be very nasty about my stuff, so I thought "Sod that open-minded stuff, these gits don't deserve it". So I hate all music from Brazil (except Maria Rita).
But even brazuca bilge is better than Coldplay. :::
An amazing collection of drawings all done with a biro, by one "Mad Meg" (at least that's what appears on the index). Absolutely brilliant stuff, and worth publishing, and as acb says, worth buying should a book of these pictures ever came out. The scans are all web-friendly, but personally I'd like to see blown-up, large-sized versions, where you can actually see the strokes of the pen. :::
First of all, Happy Birthday, Fernanda. :::
