In Namor #'s 6-7, the Sub-Mariner faced a gigantic monster whose body was composed of sewage (that's its hand in the picture above), created by a team of mad scientists (honest!). Namor beat the monster by diving into it and releasing a special viral agent given to him by the chief mad scientist (of course, I beat my shit-monster with a soft-drink). The story was written and drawn by one of the greatest comic creators ever (and one of my very favourites), John Byrne, who also did excellent stints on The Fantastic Four, The West Coast Avengers, She-Hulk and Superman. This is my homage to him, whom I believe to be one of the most rational and less clichéd comic writers.

And thanks to acb for showing concern regarding the comic's possible loss of quality, with all the scatological jokes of late. I may be sounding fruity with all this, but it's nice to hear people show they believe your work has some quality. :::
